Nabulsia with mozzarella cheese
Ingredients & equipment:
- Oven dish
- 400g Nabulsia dough
- Mozzarella cheese
- Butter
Preparation:
Preparation of the Mold:
- Evenly grease the baking dish and preheat the oven to 250°C.
Handling the Nabulsia dough:
- Spread a thin layer of the Nabulsia dough evenly in the oiled pan.
- Press the dough down with the palm of your hand to hold it together.
Add Mozzarella Cheese:
- Spread desired amount of mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Oven grilling:
- Place the mold in the oven.
- When the edges of the dough start to color, take out the pan and add another layer of dough.
- Turn the Nabulsian over into a new shape and drizzle hot syrup over it.
Alternative Cooking Method on Stove:
- When cooking on the stove, use a low heat and rotate the pan continuously for even cooking.
Enhance the Taste:
- For an extra good taste, add saffron or cardamom to the syrup.
Tip:
- Use other sweeteners according to your preference.
Serving:
- Serve the dish hot to fully appreciate its flavors.
