Shipping policy

Goods are delivered as illustrated in the Online Store, subject to minor adjustments to the packaging. Shipments within Egypt are sent within 3 to 5 working days, Saturday to Thursday excluding public holidays, from the date the customer receives an order confirmation.

Within Egypt, all parcels are shipped with shipping providers. The shipping provider will send notifications by WhatsApp or phone call.

Delivery prices range from EGP 79 up to EGP 1,500.

Since BADR ships goods through an external service provider, delays may occur depending on the provider’s processing times.

Please note: The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information and for collecting the parcel on time so that it is not returned to BADR. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, change or adjust the order. For more information, please read our General Terms and Conditions.
